Blue sleeveless dress

This is a size 18W dress from the brand Scarlett. It's a midi dress and reaches just above the knee. It has a halter neck kind of neckline, but there's a cutout in the front. It has a zipper in the back and it has a lacey material on the top portion of the dress. It was worn only once, and had been washed. It was worn to homecoming, but can also be worn for any preferable occasion.
