Blue short sleeve midi dress, floral

This is so flattering! It has an empire line and two side strands that can be tied either on the back or in the front. Material is really flown but not stretchy at all. Hidden zip in the back goes past the waist and rolls smoothly. Neckline and short sleeves are lined with a dark blue velvet border. Used this dress for a summer ceremony and it wasn’t too tight or hot. It covers right up to the knees on me (5’2”). For any questions, feel free to ask!
