Blue sheath prom gown

Blue sheath prom gown, empire waist, silver rhinestone embellishment, one shoulder, unique straps and open back. There is a minor stain on the chest where my finger is pointing, it is hard to see in the photo but a professional should be able to get it out, I just don’t have time to bring to cleaners, and am dropping the price to accommodate.
