Blue sequin ruffle dress

Never worn(not my thing). Tulle material and the chest part has lace with sequins 360 around the back area. A zipper comes down the back. There's a matching blue underskirt already built in. Thin soft padding in the chest area. Still has sequins in tact! No stains or rips. Size 5 (fits amazingly like a medium)
