Blue sapphire with side diamond engagement ring

An exquisite ring with pieces of Trillian diamonds on a knife-edge design ring. The Trillian diamonds weight 0.32 carat and has a G-H clarity. There are 24 pieces of G-H color and VS-SI clarity round brilliant diamonds that weight 0.32 carat on the side walls of the ring.  There is a detailed filigree on both sides of the ring and milgrain next to the diamonds. Set in the center in a four prong basket is a natural sapphire. The center sapphire has an elongated cushion shape and weights 2.61 carats. - Includes appraisal
