Blue round Smart Solar indoor/outdoor Star Lamp

This Smart Solar lamp is pre-owned. It works with a AA battery. I put it in the sun to try and activate the solar panel too, but it didn’t turn on the light. New solar tops can be purchased online. The small light under the lid is a bright LED and as you can see from the pictures, it works fine with the battery. The solar top is 3 1/2 inches wide, 1/2 inch from bottom of top piece to edge of top piece. The lamp is 5 1/4 inches high and 6 inches wide at the widest part. It is 4 inches wide at the top and 3 inches wide at the bottom. There are 15 cut out stars around this lamp forming a beautiful star pattern when lit. (Pictures show this pattern.)
