Blue printed asymmetric side tie dress

Sandwich brand blue printed side tie style dress with zippered back. Short cuffed sleeves that fall just shy of elbows with striped detail. Extremely flattering, soft, easy to wear. Very European look (bought in boutique in Montreal) - always gets a lot of compliments! Doesn’t fit me well anymore. Excellent preowned condition, smoke free home.
