Great little rain coat! A light weight rain coat/outer layer. The background is light blue and the dot print and it doesn't show in the pictures but the dots are a brighter blue. The hood is nice and deep so it doesn't fall off but not so deep that it falls down over your eyes. Toggles at the waist help make it as form fitting as you'd like. New without tags but still has the plastic fastener the tag hung from.
