Blue pendant on gold plated chain

This pendant is double sided the flat side has a crest on it in gold. The other the backside is faceted and raised. It’s a beautiful bright blue. The chain is a very thin box chain and it’s stamped 925. it has a lobster claw clasp And it measures 19 1/2 inches in length the pendant including the bail is 3/4 of an inch.
