Blue patterned summer dress

This super cute blue summery dress is so cute and has two pockets on the front which is always such a plus! I wish I could wear this dress because it is so flattering and I love the different shades of blue with differing designs. Tag says extra large and I would say that it fits like an extra large, but it is on the shorter side.
