Blue patterned Mossimo beach dress

this is a gorgeous lined halter dress that is flowy and gorgeous for a beach vacation or tropical adventure. looks great as is or make it more form fitting with a belt (not included). slight triangle shape at bottom in front and back. worn once and got tons of compliments. just ready for something new.
