Blue open-back skater dress! XS American Eagle 🖤

Cute skater dress by American eagle. It’s got a small spot on the front, not sure what it is but may be able to be scrubbed out by hand. I’ve only worn this once on vacation for a few hours. The tag is marked by outside retail store. Happy Poshing!! Jacket not included.
