Blue open shoulder blouse

Super feminine.. trendy and fun top!! Adorned with pearl like appliques and Crystal's. Open shoulders. See picts. Lightweight cotton material, made to look like Jean, I think. But super cute. Lots of compliments. Has a lil mark on upper sleeve, but when worn, because of the folds you literally don't see it. It came from one of the adornments I think. But otherwise it is in tip top shape. Very comfortable to wear.
