Blue off the shoulder plus size dress

This listing is for a cobalt blue off the shoulder, mini dress. The bottom of the dress has little cut outs. They almost look like flowers, but I’m not quite sure what they’re intended to be exactly. Does not slip off the shoulders, which I found a really great because we all know how much that is annoying when it keeps riding up. it fits pretty true to size and I ordered it and a 20 or a four XL on the website. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home.
