Blue mini dress-Spencer and Ella SZ. Medium

I only wore this twice! Both to bachelorette parties on “bright color” theme night. It’s a boutique size medium so fits more like a small. Double thin straps on each side and subtle cutouts are so fun! Plus the tiny slit on the side. Got so many compliments when I wore it!
