Blue mini dress

Blue midi dress with floral tie in the middle and a tie in the back to tie the dress. It’s really beautiful and the material is soft. Although there are a few marks that I’ve shown in the pic like the weird darkening of the fabric in the middle of the dress under the sash that seems like it’s damp. And the minor scuffs.
