Blue mini dress

Gorgeous t shirt style dress with golden zippers on the sides which makes it very easy to take on and off. My shoulders got too broad for the dress so it's a struggle to put on haha. The length is not too short (I'm 5'7") and it's in great condition. The size says small but anyone that has 15.5 " shoulders would be too small I believe
