Blue mermaid sequin dress by Tony Bowls for prom/wedding/formal

Gently used mermaid dress. Once worn to prom by a 5’7” female with 2” heels. Dress exterior: sequin and beaded body with a leopard print/mermaid style bottom. Inside: smooth, silky lining with an underskirt tulle for volume. Pictured is the dress worn by 5’7” female, along with current pictures of the dress. It does come with a never worn tulle scarf. Additionally, pictured the inside tag specifying material and care. Message with any question and I will do my best to answer. Full disclosure: due to being worn outdoors in the grass, a small portion of the inside lining is slightly stained/blemished. It is hidden and barely noticeable unless closely inspected.
