wriley29 How thick is the material? Can you tell me what it measures across the low hips? Is it really fitted in that area or at least supposed to be?

wriley29 @keekeebw is it possible for you to measure across the hips for me? Like a couple inches down from the elastic waistband? I think this is exactly the type of dress Ive been looking for but I have big hips and I just want to make sure it would fit and look right on me.
