NEW WITH TAG long floor length blue dress evening gown. H&M US size 0, runs small in chest. Small pull and spot on back of dress toward bottom but not noticeable when wearing, both shown in picture. Great to wear to a wedding, holiday celebration, fancy evening out. Beautiful blue color, satin look Short flutter sleeves, v neckline. Slit over left leg, but shows minimal skin with movement
