Blue lacey skirt

Adorable blue lacey skirt with POCKETS and a zipper up the back by Kimchi Blue. Tag is a bit faded, it looks like the only size indication is “10”, but it doesn’t seem large enough to be a women’s size 10. So the measurements are as follows: Waist end to end: 14.5 inches Length from waist to end of skirt: 16.5 inches Could be a juniors size.
