Blue lace tap top from Francesca’s

Francesca’s miami brand. Navy with a lighter navy blue lace overlay. Has buttons on the back by the neck. Really pretty and looks nice. I was having a hard time getting my pictures to come out with the proper color, but the cover photo is an accurate representation. In very good condition!
