Blue high low dress

Beautiful blue high low sundress with sequined collar tips. Has only been worn a handful of times and is gorgeous on. There is a belt of the same color and material that's meant to be paired with it that has unfortunately been misplace (will reflect in price). However, I never wore it with the belt so it doesn't look strange without it. No damage or stains. OBO.
