Blue high heels

Blue caged high heels with rhinestones! Bought for my wedding and were never worn due to sizing- felt a little small for size 9. Holding down a tape measure along the inside sole, from tip to end they are 10” in length and 3.25” at widest part of sole. Double silver buckles.
