Blue high Waisted shorts with polka dot belt

Adorable high waisted shorts with polka dot belt by Denim Rules by TRF. Deep pockets that are also the polka dot patterned material. Flat measurements - 14" waist, 14" total length. Material Blend: No tag on these but I would say at least 50% cotton. They are very breathable and not too thick.
