Blue glass 6 edge one folded over metal stand ball feet

Beautiful blue piece of glass. Scalloped edges six pieces of edge. One is folded over. Needs a good scrubbing. A piece of glass sits on a gold stand. It is round and it has a little ball feet. No chips cracks in Center. Know nothing about who makes it. Please fill me in if you know.
