I am 5'2 so I don't want it to be too long...not sure what helming would do to the "look" of the dress, or perhaps I would take off bottom ruffle... oops, let me trouble you for one more measurement. What is shoulder to waist? I would probably have to take up shoulders and this would shorten dress a bit, which is good for me! Thanks again!
