Blue formal gown

Gorgeous blue formal dress. A little touch of sequins/beads at neckline, slight v-neck but not low. Has cap sleeves and nice ruching all over. Size 4 but I was closer to a size 6 when I wore it. Has slight stretch. I don’t have a great picture of me wearing it but for reference I am 5’4”. It was hemmed and I wore heels. One small stain that isn’t noticeable(shown in pic) and it has not been dry cleaned. Otherwise great condition! Worn once. Perfect for black tie events!
