Blue formal dress

Cobalt blue formal dress by Jessica Howard purchased in January 2024 and worn once for a few hours. There are no stains or holes and the zipper works properly. The dress is hand washable and has been hand washed once and hung to dry. I am 5’4” and wore 3 inch heels with the dress and the length was perfect.
