Blue floral spaghetti strap American Eagle dress

Blue floral spaghetti strap dress from American Eagle. The sides and the front are longer (see picture) and the 2 sides are both a lighter blue, but are different shades of blue. The darker blue parts on the front and back hang down like panels. It has a built-in bra. In used - like new condition, size xs.
