Blue floral shirt/dress

I wore this once, tucked in to a skirt as a shirt, but it hits me just above the knee and looks great with a belt. Ties at the neck, (this style, called a “pussy bow,” has a great history and was worn by many revolutionary women over the years! Look it up if this kind of stuff interests you!) button down the whole way if you wanted to wear it open. The material/care tag was cut out but I believe it’s polyester, has a smooth crepe kind of hand.
