Blue floral sequin top

Blue floral top with red and yellow sequins on the front. Ruffled hem around the sleeves and bottom. In good condition: a few of the sequins are pulled out. See closeup images. This top is a little short for a medium. May fit better as a small. Length: 18” Bust: 29”
