Blue floral, puffed sleeve wrap dress

I bought this for an event but didn’t get to go. It’s perfect for spring, especially if there is a light breeze to show off the flow! The colors in the flowers -different shades of pinks and purples - make it modern and bright! Great for Easter or spring wedding, but not too fancy for work! ❤️
