Blue floral off the shoulder romper

Beautiful! But, is a bit small on me now (looks kind of awkward). I’m 5’5. Got it from another posher a while ago, but it’s in amazing shape. Is good and thick quality. Has straps for a hanger. Sleeves open up toward the end. Has an elastic band in the inside for the waist and the shoulders for a tighter/looser fit. Feel free to offer or ask questions.
