Blue floral & lace crisscross open back dress

Never worn! I bought the wrong size and couldn’t exchange. Blue dress with lace accent at the neckline and large floral design that isn’t overwhelming. Dress length is upper thigh. Neckline is at the collarbones & the straps are adjustable and cross at the back. The pink dress at the end shows how the dress fits when it’s on considering I can’t show it with my body!
