Blue floral handmade 60's mini dress

v-neck, knee-length dress, long kimono/bell ruffled sleeves (very fun to wear!) seems to be handmade (no tags) was bought at an antique clothing shop in Asheville. was told it was made in the 60's. wish I could keep but does not fit anymore pm me about specific dimensions/size
