Blue floral dress

This dress is a very cute long sleeve, mid-thigh length dress. It’s a nice dress to wear in the winter with some leggings and boots, as well as with a belt. I’ve only worn this dress a couple times, mostly because I have bigger arms and the dress is a little tight for them. This dress is hand-wash.
