Blue floor lengh formal dress

Blue floor length formal dress, spaghetti straps, open back with adjustable ties, sparkly accents, very nice, great for formal events, a little worn around the top back edges,with some slight discoloration on the back edges , but not noticeable. Still very pretty and in pretty good condition.
