Blue fit & flare scoop neck swing dress

This Jessica Simpson swing dress is a bright denim blue with a good flare and front darts for a perfect fit. The scoop neck and thick straps keep it lookin' retro- throw on some heels to dress it up or flats when hanging out. It is labeled size 6 but fits smaller- I am a size 4. Zips up the back and worn only once- excellent condition!
