Blue farm style hobo dress maxi small

dress is royal blue. lightweight fabric, would have been very comfortable. was sent the wrong size, but it technically fits a medium to large. Maxi length dress so it reaches just below the knee. tag says small, but like I said when I tried it on myself it seemed to fit a bit snug so it's probably closer to a medium for a fitted look. brand new, only tried it on once. just kind of want to get back what I paid so I can order another one.
