Blue fancy dress

A beautiful dark blue fancy dress. One of the shoulders is strapless while the other is covered in flowers! The dress is in okay condition although there is a small part that needs touch up stitching (shown in the last picture). Originally thrifted but i’ve personally worn once 👍
