Blue dress with black tie in back

Blue dress. Perfect length and so comfy. Gives your body a great shape! Size SMALL. It’s a bit snug on me in the pic. I could really use a medium, because I am wearing it not zipped up all the way. It’s a true size Small. Black tie in back and also a zipper in the back.
