Blue dress

Worn once to a formal dinner. Dress has a small burn mark on the left side where arm hangs. I wore this dress on vacation and tried to steam it to get the wrinkles out...got a little to close with the iron and burned the material in that spot. Dress falls around the knee (I am 5'4)
