Polly Flinders Blue Corduroy Smocked Dress

Blue corduroy dress with white collar and white hand smocked strip. Two adorable little pockets on the front of the dress as well! The third button down is missing due to manufacturing not wear but not necessary to keep dress closed (as seen in picture)
