Blue cocktail or derby dress

Worn only once to Kentucky Derby. Lauren Conrad brand size 12. Royal blue. Elastic waist and layered skirt bottom, basic tank top. It’s such a simple dress but so adorable. It was a hit, even with massive rain and rainboots at the KY derby. Belt not included. I’m 5’9” and wore 4inch heels and it was long enough. It’s Short. But long enough :) Wdrb
