Blue chiffon peplum top

Beautiful blue chiffon top with velvet purple/ lilac flowers. Top has 3/4 sleeves with elastic at the waist making it very flattering and comfy at the same time. Dark color, perfect for the fall. Looks great with jeans and nice heels! Small sewing imperfection in the top, as shown in picture. It isn't very noticeable but is there nonetheless. I didn't see it when I bought it but definitely didn't stop me from wearing it! Gently used I'm pet free/ smoke free
