Blue button up skirt with pockets

Button up skirt with stretch. Two deep pockets on sides. Great condition. Bought local in Portland,OR. Fit: I’m 5’7” and more curvy around the butt and thighs so this hits at about the knee and is a little tighter, sucks in a waist, almost a pencil but not quite. My sister is 5’6” and about 120-130lbs and it fits more in the intentioned way that it is loose and flowy fit but I think it can look good on many different weights and heights. Open to offers!
