Classy light blue dress for a bridesmaid or formal event. Purchased as a size 8 but I had altered to a 6 - measurements in photos. Belt at waist unclips and was taken in to 29 inches.
I am 5’7.
I know it is tough to buy an altered dress so this is priced very low for someone to have nearly free / make additional alterations as needed :)

@kaysiea15 and I wore heels as well. I think you could probably use hemming tape in a pinch to make it shorter also
