Blue bohemian dress with white fringe bell sleeves. There is a drawstring that can be pulled tighter to accentuate your waist. The dress is super flattering and comes right above my knee (I’m 5’2). Can be worn in spring summer or fall. I even used it as a bathing suit cover up once. Sleeves are about 3/4 length.
