Blue blouse, floral, flutter sleeves, XXL

Beautiful blue blouse with checkered style pattern of flowers. Keyhole center with tie strings. Adorable 3/4 flutter sleeves. Listed as an XXL, I would list as a short XL. Length and material pictured. Arm pit to arm pit is 19 3/4”, laying flat. With a light pull, almost 21” (see picture). Fits 38DD, but would fit better on a D, more give on a C. The bottom edge is 20” across, but also has give (material stretches across). Hem is a tiny edge with one small corner unraveled.
